01

Give every page a useful job

Start with the questions a prospective business customer needs answered. Create pages that resolve distinct questions, with a descriptive title and a clear primary heading. Avoid making many near-identical pages around slight keyword variations.

02

Make the structure easy to navigate

Connect related pages with descriptive links. Publish a sitemap and a robots file, and use a canonical URL for each page. Keep important content available in the rendered HTML so it does not depend on a visitor clicking through a complex interface.

03

Write accurate, original content

Use the information your business can support. Explain processes and decisions concretely. Do not invent customer results, certifications, product benefits, or testimonials. Review technical and product-specific statements with the right specialists.

04

Treat performance as part of the experience

Use appropriately sized assets, readable typography, and layouts that work on small screens. Avoid intrusive overlays. Test loading and interactions on the pages that matter most.

05

Measure inquiry quality as well as traffic

Connect form submissions to their source page and campaign when available. Evaluate whether visitors are finding the information they need and whether inquiries match your business. Search rankings and lead volume cannot be guaranteed.
